We are excited to announce that we ship worldwide! All our fine-arts, prints and jewellery are packed and shipped once the payment transaction has been confirmed. Please give us 2-7 business days to pack your order. See further information on shipping to your destination below. If there’s any questions don’t hesitate to contact us ( join@eratra.space ) for details. We ship prints in a tube. Jewellery comes in a box. If the painting has a lot of texture you don’t need to worry about cracking – We always pack paintings the safest way possible. The duration of your shipping depends on your destination country. Estimated time in Finland is 2-7 business days and for international shipping 1-2 weeks.
• Our priority is to get your artwork safely to you – all shipments are insured.
• International packages are shipped with DHL Express solutions or UPS.
• Please note that any extra shipping fees (customs, etc.) are on the responsibility of the buyer/ recipient! The prices include shipping + handling & are automatically added at checkout based on your location.

All sales made on this website are final. However, if the product is defective or damaged or if you accidentally purchased the wrong item, you have the right to return it within 14 days of the purchase. In case of return, please contact us by email: join@eratra.space

Disclaimer of warranty
We make make sure that our used materials are top quality and that I only ship high quality products. All shipments are insured by ERATRA, so if anything were to happen to your product during the shipping between our studio and your destination you don’t have to worry about the costs. However, once you have received your product and accepted the shipment, I do not offer further warranty for the purchased items.
Please note that all fine-arts are mounted on natural materials (wooden frames) and some warping may occur. This is usually caused because of the change in room temperature and humidity, please contact your local carpenter/ framer for assistance in these situations.
Changes and amendments
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement or its terms relating to the Website and Services at any time, effective upon posting of an updated version of this Agreement on the Website. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. Continued use of the Website and Services after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
